One of the best for Bird’s Call and Nature sound Recording – I have been using the AT4071L for nature and birds call recording on the field for many years .Its one of the best One that I have as its so Quiet with my SD10II .I have a Rode Blimp with the Extension plus Furry Windjammer / Rycote WS8 .Using it daily , this AT4071L are very accurate in picking up sound from far within quiet environment and at least within 20 to 60 feet maximum , the call of birds are so details with nice natural ambience plus rich with Low Dynamic comparing to my Telinga Parabolic and the Wildtronics Pro Parabolic (From 30 to 150ft or further) attached with my AT4049 on both Parabolic, its totally kind of different sounding unless you need that reach or else I would just stick to the BP4071L which is my daily tools for Birds call recording within that range .Hope that will help everyone.
