Six highly efficient MEMS capsules capture a 40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range at up to 135 dB SPL, ensuring full-spectrum sound that’s clear, natural, and reliable even in loud environments. With 32-bit float capture, Instamic preserves every nuance of sound, from the softest whispers to the loudest peaks, without digital clipping. Waterproof and Dustproof with Flexible Mounting Options
Rated IP67, the Instamic Pro Plus C shrugs off rain, snow, dirt, and dust, and can even be submerged in water up to 3.28′ for 30 minutes. It’s built to handle outdoor shoots, action setups, and extreme conditions where other recorders won’t survive. Each unit provides three mounting methods—a magnet clip, adhesive tape, and nano suction tape—giving you placement flexibility whether attaching to clothing, vehicles, or set pieces. With up to 4.5 hours of continuous recording and convenient USB-C recharging, the Instamic Pro Plus C is built for extended sessions in the field.
Timecode, Bluetooth, and Remote Control
Equipped with a 2.5 ppm internal timecode clock, the Pro Plus C integrates seamlessly with professional workflows. It supports Atomos and Tentacle Sync wireless timecode, ensuring rock-solid sync between audio and video with no drift or guesswork. Instamic can also function as a Bluetooth mic for phones and computers. With the app, you can capture video with Instamic audio directly—no syncing required. It works with popular third-party apps like Filmic and Blackmagic Camera and is compatible with iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. The Instamic Remote App (iOS and Android) lets you manage up to 10 units at once, powering them on, monitoring live, syncing timecode, and adjusting a 3-band EQ, all from your phone or tablet.
