I am a CSR (Certified Stenographic Reporter) and I use a microphone to record my jobs for backup onto my machine. My microphone “supposedly” stopped working, so I called the Stenograph company I purchased it from and ordered a new one. Come to find out I was in need of a replacement cord for my microphone.
