This is actually a two-fer: You get an effective piece of hardware (the USB portal) and some sophisticated software that lets you get some helpful microphone adjustments to cope with large rooms or a noisy setting.For example, you can adjust the mike boost and see the levels graphically outside of whatever is doing the recording.Highly recommend.

Love this mike. It makes all the difference. You can attach more mikes to it for speaker specific audio. It has a boost feature which gives you crisp audio. I’ve ordered these specific high gain usb mikes as soon as they very available and nothing can change my mind. I never have a fading issue. This high gain mike delivers superior audio.

This soundcard fixed my audio issues in conjunction with a speech silencer. Set up was easy, but Sound Professionals also offers live help if you need it. I like the option of live monitoring: if you plug in headphones, you can hear the audio that’s coming in. It’s worth the price. I spent more money tinkering with other sound cards when I could have saved more time and money if I had just purchased this one first.
