My headset for my Zoom setup lost the left ear after a few days of difficulty with it. Upon onset of the difficulty to get sound through the left ear, which would come in and out, I got in contact with Sound Professionals, which was very easy and got call rather quickly. I can’t remember the timeframe, but it definitely was within one to two business days.
I got clear instructions and I believe a link to the product I needed to replace said headset and was told which option to choose so that it would hook into the Zoom setup. The headset arrived and I’m back to hearing through both ears on the Zoom setup!
