Designed to be worn as a lavalier or hidden in loose clothing or in the hair, the MT830 omnidirectional condenser microphone provides high intelligibility for lecturers, stage/TV performers, and singers. The mic’s wide-range capability ensures clean, accurate reproduction. It operates on phantom power only.
Available configurations:
MT830R:Â 25′ (7.6 m) permanently attached cable terminated with a TA3F connector for use with the included AT8538 phantom power only in-line power module (80 Hz high-pass filter).
MT830C:Â 55″ (1.4 m) permanently attached cable (unterminated); no power module.
MT830cH:Â 55″ (1.4 m) permanently attached cable terminated with a screw-down 4-pin connector for use with Audio-Technica cH-style body-pack wireless transmitters; no power module.
MT830cH-TH:Â same as MT830cH but in “theater” color (beige).
MT830cW:Â 55″ (1.4 m) permanently attached cable terminated with a locking 4-pin connector for use with Audio-Technica cW-style body-pack wireless transmitters; no power module.
MT830cW-TH:Â same as MT830cW but in “theater” color (beige).
MT830mW:Â 55″ (1.4 m) permanently attached cable terminated with a 3.5 mm connector for use with Audio-Technica PRO 88W body-pack wireless transmitters; no power module.
