Comica Audio Seekcom S1 Overview

Ideal for broadcast applications and production crews, the Comica Audio Seekcom S1 is a professional wireless 2.4 GHz digital headset, sporting full-duplex wireless talking and selectable CalMix noise canceling with -20 dB ENC or -40 dB AI-powered noise canceling. With onboard controls, you can switch between host and guest or engage in talk, PTT, and mute modes.
You can either engage the PTT button to mute the onboard boom mic or flip the mic up to automatically activate the mute. An intuitive high-definition OLED display helps you keep an eye on status. With dual internal antennas, the Seekcom S1 effectively eliminates wireless interference over a 1640′ range. The removable rechargeable battery offers 12 hours of operation and charges in two hours. When you need a wired connection, the headset offers both an analog 3.5mm TRRS and digital USB-C connection. The 3.5mm port can also be used for cascading with other Seekcom S1 systems. With IPX3 water protection, this headset can stand up to demanding working environments. The Seekcom S1 includes five batteries, three charging bases, three USB-C to USB-A cables, five drawstring pouches, five windmuffs, and a carrying case.
- Normal mode: users can plug an external headphone with a mic into the 3.5mm input to communicate, or connect with another set of Seekcom S1 intercom headset systems for cascade extension
- Recorder mode: with this mode, users can connect a recording device to the 3.5mm port to monitor the recording status

I mainly purchased it because I was having some issues with the microphone on my Zoom kit where the people on Zoom could not hear well when I spoke. Since this comes with the microphone attached to the headshet, after I plugged in the microphone line to the microphone jack on my Zoom kit, now I can be heard loud and clear. And the most important thing: Audio comes in very clear on the headset. And the volume control is another feature I like.

My old Zoom headphones w/mic had a short in them… not too bad for little over three years. I originally thought they were great. So I went to purchase the exact same ones and saw these and realized these might actually be a better option since they are over my entire ear. They definitely are noise cancelling and awesome sound. And they are better in the respect that there is one cord going to the one ear instead of my last pair wich had a cord going from both ears and meeting in the middle which was in front of my chest and always in my way. Love these. Wish I had gotten these the first time around.
