We offer three types of support to our customers:

• NEED HELP NOW – VIA TEXT: When in need of immediate assistance, the best way to reach us is via text. Most issues can be solved over text and remote connection, and help is offered on a first come, first serve basis. As always, you can reach us by text at 609-291-2844, weekdays 10a-5p EST. 
• NEED HELP SOON – VIA PHONE – by appointment.  This is the preferred option for setting up new equipment, getting help with technical issues on a non-emergency basis, or help with complicated issues that cannot be resolved via text (very rare).  As always, you can make an appointment at calendly.com/soundpro.
• HELP MYSELF – we have a growing library of support documents, videos and educational opportunities for our customers that like to learn their equipment and use it with total confidence. You can find most of our instruction manuals and quick start guides right on the product pages on our website, or here.
