My old Zoom headphones w/mic had a short in them… not too bad for little over three years. I originally thought they were great. So I went to purchase the exact same ones and saw these and realized these might actually be a better option since they are over my entire ear. They definitely are noise cancelling and awesome sound. And they are better in the respect that there is one cord going to the one ear instead of my last pair wich had a cord going from both ears and meeting in the middle which was in front of my chest and always in my way. Love these. Wish I had gotten these the first time around.

My old Zoom kit headphones broke and I could only hear out of one ear. I called to get tech support and Kris tried to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out I needed a new set.
